Here are the 7 ply layups curing under lights since my shop has been down to 60 deg at night. Under the 60w bulbs they are rock hard in the morning. No so after a 60 deg night.

The plans gear door. Mine will be a slightly different shape but I went ahead and made this first just to get a feel of what exactly will take place here. I helped me to get the new shape. I bondoed it to ng15 and swung the wheel 360 and cut little pieces of paper and taped them to the smaller fwd gear doors and got the proper clearances.

The front gear door will have to be two pieces since I went with Jack's elect retract unit and their shape will change slightly also.
